John owned a web design company, he was extremely proud of his Web Design company as he had built it from scratch he was trained from college as PC programmer and always wanted to do something on his own.

One day he got a call from a client that had had a web design done a few weeks ago, they said they were having difficulty getting web access via their web site, John said he would get his programmer on to it straight away, he went over to Nigel the Programmer who was sitting at his pc and told him what had happened with that web design and the difficulty they were having getting web access, Nigel said he would look into it and sort it out.

Two days later he got another call from a client who too had had a web design from them in the last couple of months and they too were having problems gettng web access off their site they said they had checked their pc and it was nothing to do with the problem.

John went over to tell Nigel that there was yet another problem and another web design was giving the client web access problems, Nigel said he would get onto it straight away but John was still waiting for him to finish sorting out the problem from the other day so he told Nigel as soon as possible please.

John went back to his office and sat at his pc and thought he would try to solve the problem himself since he was trained as a programmer he knew all there was to about this but since owning the company he had employed others to do the work so he concentrated on his clients.

He gained access from his PC to Nigel's pc to see how far along solving the problem Nigel was what he saw next shocked him, he found a file on Nigel's computer that contained a virus that when adapted to any new web design would instantly stop the client from gaining web access while using that site. John immediately confronted Nigel over this, Nigel was stunned that John had figured it out so quickly his only excuse was jealousy he had been brought up the same as John and trained as a programmer at the same college as John but yet John owned his own business and he couldn't stand to see him do so well so tried to sabotage it, John sacked Nigel on the spot and promised him that he would put the word around and Nigel wouldn't work in this business ever again.
