The web design of any site I visit has to work properly. If links don’t get where you wanted to go, we’re not staying long. I think it's pretty much the same in a building site. If the store isn't clean, easy to enter, employees courteous…we aren't going to darken the doors too many times. I might go back from time to time to see if there is a change, but other than that, no I am not going to be buying anything in that store.

If I can’t select a product for purchase, I'm surfing to the next site. If once I decide to buy a product or a shopping cart full of items, we all want to know how much will be charged for the shipping cost, I won’t buy from that On-line Shopping site if there is no way to find out the cost to ship it. Whenwe go through the trouble to create an account, (user name and password), in an on-line shopping website we are going to be buying from that site. We've probably already stored that link in our browser favorites as well.

When the rural customer has access to the internet and driving is so costly, we're looking in our browser every day for a way to save us fuel to get what we need through the Browser page. I don’t know if everyone understands that in some parts of the United States it is a very long way from one place to another. I have a girlfriend in Iowa who travels 2 hours to pick up her elderly dad just to take him another hour to get groceries and get his bills paid. Then another hour back to take him home. Then she begins the 2 hour trip back to her home.

User name and password is all that is required to buy in most on-line shopping web sites. Sometimes it's best to save the user name and password somewhere for future reference. If you misplace the information you can always get it again, just select the link from that website for lost user name. Almost always the only information you will need to retrieve the information is the email address you created an account with.
