Jamie was annoyed when his Internet provider when his Internet provider said they could no longer provide an Internet connection as the Internet provider was going to no longer exist after two weeks time. Jamie didn't know what to do, because without an Internet connection he would not be able to access his web site and make changes to his web site which was why an Internet connection was necessary to access his web site. Jamie decided to look at re-route as he heard it was great.

Jamie's web site was about animals because Jamie was an absolute animal lover. He loved all types of animals from dogs to snakes to monkeys to lions to zebras to horses to ducks to crocodiles. Jamie liked to see himself as 'at one with nature'. He often donated to animal charities and loved to take his children to the zoo. His children were also keen animal lovers. Jamie knew that one day he wanted to own his own zoo. He dreamed of having an animal kingdom. He wanted to be able to feed them and care for them and even save them from things such as extinction. Now that Jamie's web site was no longer going to run, Jamie felt lost, frustrated, confused, angry. He had devoted his life to animals and now that he didn't have an Internet connection or internet provider he felt his life had just fallen to pieces. He really did feel broken.

But then something amazing happened. Jamie was watching television and saw a very attractive advert which was a new company offering an Internet provider and Internet connection for cheap. Jamie knew this advert was targeted at him. He contacted the company and did not hesitate to set up an Internet connection. Once the Internet connection was prepared, Jamie started to make changes to his web site again. Because of what had happened, he knew he couldn't bare not being in touch with the web site, so in case there was a chance of him losing his Internet ever again, Jamie hired a woman named Julie to look after and maintain the web site for him when he couldn't.
