I used to work for a web development company. I was always networking at home and using the PC to sell things on an on-line auction so I thought web development would be a good path for me. I am now retired but still very much into networking and using various on-line auction sites to sell goods and occasionally to buy goods. I like to dabble in antiques and my friend is an antique dealer so I buy a lot of antiques cheap on an on-line auction to give to him to sell, and we have got a nice little earner going between us both.

I have tried using a few search engines but the search engineI am currently using seems to be the best. With some search engine sites I found that when I typed in things I was looking for they would not be found. I do tend to type in whole sentences though.

I have many accounts on social networking sites, which I found through a search engine. It's a great way to meet new people who share the same interests as you. I actually met my husband through networking, and also found a lot of old friends I hadn't seen in years. We have decided to have a reunion, so we can all meet up. One of my friends who I have not seen since school, is now living in Egypt. He has agreed to come over for the reunion, so it will be great to catch up with him.

I haveon-line friends all over the globe, and I have been to meet some of them. It's good, as I was able to visit them and stay with them, and have a holiday at the same time. It's also handy as it makes the holiday much cheaper and your with someone who knows the area well.

I am currently trying to see a jukebox on an on-line auction at the moment, there is 2 days left, no one has bid on it yet but there are 18 watchers. I hope it sells as the money from the sale is going towards my next holiday to Florida where I am meeting up with 2 fellow net-workers.
