Technology Through Our Eyes

I bought a domain early this year because I want to concentrate and focus on my writings. Everybody is into blogging nowadays. My friends who are moms as well like me and those who are still student are so into blogging.

One of the main factors also that made me purchase a domain is that I want to have my own website wherein I can post all the articles and stories that I have written and recipes that I have invented. I want to share to the world a part of me that I cannot just keep to myself. That is my love and passion for writing.

I had no idea on the web site design that I would be putting on my website. I just asked my friend to design a simple one for me, and so he did. I was satisfied and happy with the very first web site design, among the three, that he made for me. I definitely liked the first one. It was like love at first sight. The web site design is very simple and I think it suits my taste and the theme also carries my favourite colour which is green.

From the very first day I got my web site ready for publication, I published several articles that were already waiting for me to post on the website several weeks before my domain and web site design were finalized. The fact that all my thoughts put into writing are now publicized in the world wide web gave me the feeling that somehow I have accomplished something for myself. Even when I am just a fulltime mom I now have an outlet for my ideas and is able to share those ideas to many. I think I have also accomplished something that will make me earn a little bit while enjoying writing for my web site. I put advertisements on my website and they are earning little by little.

By the way, I think that I am very lucky indeed as well that I have a very good broadband connection at home and that I can afford to pay for the monthly bills. My husband, since we settled in our own house, really made sure that we have internet connection for me to maintain communication with my family and friends. What he does not know is that those are just parcel and part of the usage and benefits that I can get from having an internet connection.

As a fulltime mom I have a personal goal now to encourage all my friends who are also fulltime moms to get involved in the internet. This will give them the best outlet at home as well as earning opportunities. My friend Leica is very thankful to me for introducing her to the world of online income opportunities. She discovered the benefits of having her own web site as well.
